(i) claim for early onset of ideal hydrodynamics:

• what are the key RHIC data? Are they consistent among experiments?
• critical assessment of and comparisons of hydro calculations with data
• sensitivity to equation of state?
• sensitivity to time scale of onset?
• consequences of non-ideal (dissipative) hydro, evidence for/against?
• energy dependence: evidence for/against hydro-like behavior at SPS, 62 GeV at RHIC?
