The meeting starts on Wednesday, August 10, 8:30 a.m. with registration on the 1st floor of Wiedner Hauptstraße 8-10 in front of Lecture Hall FH HS 1. There you will receive a conference folder and a name badge entitling you for participation in the coffee breaks and the poster session with wine and snacks from Lower Austria, and in turn we shall ask for a registration fee of 10 EUR.

The workshop itself will take place in lecture hall "NÖBAUER HÖRSAAL" on the second floor (yellow area). The poster session will be also on the second floor in the red area. It will start at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10.

For Thursday evening we have reserved tables in a picturesque "Heuriger", a Viennese tavern serving local wine. If you want to join the party, you should sign up at the registration desk, unless you have done so already at registration. The cost is another 10 EUR, which covers the beverages (wine, soda, and nonalcoholic drinks). At the Heuriger, there is also a buffet with a variety of local food (self-service and -payment).

The name and address of the Heuriger is

Weingut Werner Welser, Probusgasse 12, 19th district of Vienna (Heiligenstadt).

You can find the location of the Heuriger on the map in your conference folder in square C5 near the black blob with number 184 (indicating a Beethoven memorial). Probably the easiest way to go there is by taking the subway U2 to station Schottentor/Universität and then tram no. 37 till its terminal station. (An alternative is to take the subway U4 to station Heiligenstadt and then bus 38A to station Armbrustergasse.) Here is a close-up map of the location of the Heuriger.
